Desus Nice, also known as Desus, is a comedian, podcast host, and television personality. He was born on April 6, 1981, in the Bronx, New York City, and his real name is Daniel Baker. Desus grew up in the Bronx and attended the University of Massachusetts, where he earned a degree in journalism.
In acting, he is known for Neo Yokio (2017), Channel Surfing (2018) and Desus & Mero (2019).
Nice worked in several jobs before joining Black Enterprise as a small business columnist. There, Nice remained until 2014 before leaving to pursue a career in television.
