Carlos Bernard (Papierski) is an American actor and director best known for his role as Tony Almeida in 24. He played the role from 2001 to 2006, and then reprised again in 2009, 2014 in 24: Solitary and 2017 in 24: Legacy.
Carlos received a fine arts degree from American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco after attending Illinois State University. He attended New Trier High School and showed signs of interest in acting while in his high school years.
Bernard then went to Illinois State University and he shortly after received his fine arts degree in San Francisco in the American Conservatory Theatre. He started out in stage but he quickly progressed to television.
