Kathryn Crosby is a retired American actress and singer. She performed in films under the stage-names Kathryn Grant and Kathryn Grandstaff.
Crosby appeared on stage from the age of 3. She graduated in 1955 from University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Fine Arts.

Kathryn got married to Bing Crosby in 1957 as his second wife, two years after her graduation from the university. Bing was quite senior to her as he was more than 30 years older. They had three children together but unfortunately, Bing died in 1977.
She later got married to Maurice William Sullivan in 2000. Maurice also died on November 4, 2010 after a fatal road accident that involved both Kathryn and Maurice. The accident left Kathryn seriously injured.

Kathryn found her way into films through the beauty pageant circuit. Two years later she married Bing Crosby as his second wife. She then appeared as a guest star on her husband’s ABC sitcom The Bing Crosby Show which cast from 1964 to 1965.
Crosby greatly retired after their marriage, but also did have a featured role in the courtroom drama Anatomy of a Murder in 1959. Played the part of “Mama Bear” alongside her husband and children in Goldilocks. She co-starred with Jack Lemmon in the comedy Operation Mad Ball of 1957, with also Tony Curtis in the drama Mister Cory of 1957 and as a trapeze artist in The Big Circus of 1959.
She hosted The Kathryn Crosby Show, a 30-minute local talk-show on KPIX-TV in San Francisco in the mid-1970s. Her husband Bing appeared as a guest occasionally.
Since her first husbands’ death in 1977, she has taken on a few smaller roles. She took the lead in the short-lived 1996 Broadway musical State Fair.
