Lori Greiner is an American inventor, author, investor, entrepreneur, and television personality born on 9th December 1969 in Chicago, Illinois, U.S. She is popularly known as a star Shark on the reality TV show Shark Tank. She also hosts her own show ‘Clever & Unique Creations by Lori Greiner’ on QVC-TV.
Lori has been called “one of the most prolific inventors of our time.” She is also known as “The Queen of QVC” and the “Warm Blooded Shark”.
She specialized in communications, where she focused on journalism, television, and film at Loyola University Chicago. She also worked for the Chicago Tribune while in college. She was briefly a writer and also designed and sold her own jewelry altogether.
Lori has appeared on Shark Tank spin-off, Beyond the Tank. She has appeared on the QVC program Clever & Unique Creations Show since 1998. She has created and patented a plastic earring organizer with sliding rods that can neatly store 100 pairs of earrings.
She borrowed money and created a prototype of the product which was picked up by J. C. Penney before the holiday season. She took a $300,000 loan and within eighteen months, she had paid it back.

Lori started hosting her own television show on QVC-TV, for over two decades called “Clever & Unique Creations by Lori Greiner.” On the show, she was known as the “Queen of QVC”.

She then helped Scrub Daddy to be sold in retail stores such as Bed, Bath & Beyond. The company’s total revenues surpassed $100 million in January 2017. This was the highest of any Shark Tank product. Scrub Daddy is valued at $170 million as of November 2018.
