Martha Smith (full name: Martha Anne Smith) is an American actress, model, and real estate broker born on October 16, 1953 in Cleveland, Ohio, USA. She is best known as “Francine Desmond”, intelligence agent (and nemesis of star Kate Jackson) on the CBS series Scarecrow and Mrs. King (1983).
She attended Michigan State University, where she acquired fluency in French and Italian. Smith is also known for her role in 1982 as Sandy Horton on the NBC soap opera series Days of Our Lives. She has also had a role in Dallas as Walt Driscoll’s wife.
