Nairobi City Marathon is an annual marathon held in Nairobi, Kenya. It was first held in 2021 and is organized by the Nairobi City Marathon Foundation. The marathon is a part of the World Athletics Elite Label Road Races series.

The marathon has four race categories: the full marathon (42.2 km), the half marathon (21.1 km), the 10 km expressway run, and the 6 km fun run. The full marathon and half marathon are both certified by the World Athletics.
The marathon starts and finishes at the Nyayo National Stadium in Nairobi. The course for the full marathon and half marathon is mostly flat, with some rolling hills. The 10 km expressway run starts and finishes at the Nyayo National Stadium and follows the Nairobi Expressway. The 6 km fun run starts and finishes at the Nyayo National Stadium and takes place in the stadium grounds.
The 2023 Nairobi City Marathon was held on July 2, 2023. The winners of the full marathon were Robert Kipkemboi (Kenya) in a time of 2:08:35 and Naomi Jebet (Kenya) in a time of 2:29:53. The winners of the half marathon were Josphat Kiprono (Kenya) in a time of 1:01:20 and Sheila Chelangat (Kenya) in a time of 1:11:54.
The Nairobi City Marathon is a popular event and attracts runners from all over the world. The proceeds from the marathon go to support the Nairobi City Marathon Foundation, which provides scholarships to Kenyan students and supports development projects in Nairobi.
