Nicole Neuman Biography
Nicole Neuman is an American reporter to ABC4 Utah. She was previously working with Nexstar sister station WNCT in Greenville, N.C. There, she worked as a reporter and fill-in anchor.
She reported on several impactful stories during her time at WNCT. The stories she has covered include a two-part cold case murder series, the shooting of a state trooper, and Hurricane Florence’s devastation to Eastern North Carolina.
She also highlighted Eastern North Carolina’s connection to the Green Book, a traveling tool used by people of color during the Jim Crow South. This book is featured in the 2018 award winning and controversial movie carrying the same name.
She had the opportunity to help tell the story of Isaac Pope in a special salute to veterans. Pope is a World War II veteran who lived to be 100 and whose life is now depicted in film.
Neuman is very much excited to now have the opportunity to tell stories of people living in the Salt Lake City area.

Neuman began reporting at WNCT in February 2018. There, she reported on several impactful stories including a two part series on the death of Juhahn Belcher, a Greenville native who was murdered in his Georgia home.
She has highlighted the African Brigade. African Brigade is a military unit that fought in the Civil War that was made up of African Americans. The military unit was formed in historic New Bern.
Before transitioning into reporting, she worked as a producer. She had the oppo0rtunity to document Halloween 2018 when she visited with the Cannon family of Goldsboro who also happen to put on a very spooky Halloween display.
At WNCT, she produced the 6 P.M. weekly newscast, as well as special projects including the 2017 Hidden History special.
