Zahara Marley Jolie-Pitt is the adopted daughter of Hollywood actors Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. Angelina Jolie adopted Zahara when she was six months old, in July 2005. Zahara’s birth mother was unable to care for her and placed her for adoption. Angelina Jolie, who was visiting Ethiopia for a United Nations mission, saw Zahara at an orphanage and immediately felt a connection with her.
