Pat Harvey House

Pat increased the price of her property in the guard-gated, celebrity-favored Hidden Hills neighborhood of Southern California to $5,995,000. The mansion is listed for much less than the idealized $7.55 million.

She and her real estate investor/developer husband Ken Lombard purchased the 1.3-acre spread in September 2009 for a price that was $200,000 less than the $6.195 million shown in the property records when it first went up for sale almost three years ago.

The 9,330 square foot property is referred to in marketing materials as a “Majestic Mediterranean Estate” located on a “idyllic street.” With five bedrooms and five full and two half bathrooms, it is certainly tastefully furnished, even though it is debatably in a very generic fashion.
