Tracy Reiner is an American actress, director, producer, and writer. She is the daughter of Hollywood legend Carl Reiner and actress Estelle Reiner. She is also the sister of actor and filmmaker Rob Reiner and the half-sister of Lucas Reiner.

Tracy Reiner made her acting debut in 1984 with a small role in the film “The Flamingo Kid”. She then appeared in several other films, including “When Harry Met Sally…” (1989), “A League of Their Own” (1992), “Die Hard with a Vengeance” (1995), and “The Story of Us” (1999).

She has also made guest appearances on various television shows, including “Seinfeld”, “The Nanny”, and “Ally McBeal”.

Career

Reiner began her career in the entertainment industry in the 1980s, appearing in a small role in the 1984 film “Jumpin’ Jack Flash.” She went on to make appearances in other popular movies of the time, including “The Sure Thing” (1985), “Burglar” (1987), and “Big” (1988), in which she played the role of Betty, one of the fellow employees of Tom Hanks’ character.

Reiner has also appeared in several television shows, including “Cheers,” “Baywatch,” “Beverly Hills, 90210,” “Ally McBeal,” and “The New Adventures of Old Christine.” She has also worked as a director and producer on a number of film and television projects, including the short film “Rid of Me” (2011), the comedy series “The Real O’Neals” (2016-2017), and the television movie “Two Steps Back” (2015).

In addition to her work in film and television, Reiner has also acted in several theater productions, including “Closer” and “Lone Star Love Potion.” She has been nominated for multiple awards throughout her career, including a Screen Actors Guild Award for her performance in the television movie “The Story of Santa Claus” (1996).
