April Macie (born; April Maciejczyk is an American comedian and actress known for her bold and unapologetic style of comedy. Macie grew up in a strict Catholic family. She attended Lafayette College in Pennsylvania and studied theater and communications.
Macie began her career in comedy in 2002 and quickly gained recognition for her fearless and irreverent approach to stand-up.
She has performed on numerous TV shows including NBC’s Last Comic Standing, Comedy Central’s The Half Hour, and E!’s Chelsea Lately. She has also been a guest on popular podcasts such as The Joe Rogan Experience and WTF with Marc Maron.
In addition to her stand-up career, Macie has also acted in several films and TV shows. She appeared in the 2011 comedy film “The Hangover Part II” and has made guest appearances on TV shows such as “Snoop Dogg’s Father Hood” and “Reno 911!”
