She began her career as a writer, working for various publications such as The Los Angeles Times and The Onion. In 2002, she became a correspondent for The Daily 10, an entertainment news program on the E! network.
After her stint on The Daily 10, Strasser co-hosted the syndicated talk show The Adam Carolla Show from 2006 to 2008. She also co-hosted the daytime talk show The List from 2013 to 2014. In addition to her television work, Strasser has hosted radio shows on KABC and KFI in Los Angeles.
Strasser is also a published author, with books including “Exploiting My Baby: Because It’s Exploiting Me” and “God, If You’re Not Up There, I’m F*cked: Tales of Stand-Up, Saturday Night Live, and Other Mind-Altering Mayhem.” She has also written for various publications such as The Huffington Post, Los Angeles Magazine, and Glamour.
In recent years, Strasser has continued to work as a writer and has also hosted the podcast “Easy Listening” with comedian Gina Grad.
