Jack Quaid Biography

Jack Quaid (Henry) is an American actor, and writer. He is best known for portraying Marvel in the 2012 science fiction film The Hunger Games.

Quaid was born to actors, Meg Ryan and Dennis Quaid. He is the nephew to Randy Quaid, Buddy Quaid, and Eva Quaid. He is a cousin to Amanda Quaid, grandson of Buddy Quaid, and stepson of Kimberly Buffington Quaid.

During the shooting of their second film together, D.O.A, his parents fell in love and got married on February 14, 1991. They separated in 2000 and later divorced on July 16, 2001.

In the Hunger Games, a brutal competition in which the Capitol selects one boy and one girl between the ages of 12 and 18 from each of the 12 districts of the post-apocalyptic country of Panem to compete to the death in an arena, Marvel represents District 1 as a tribute.

Quaid’s portrayal of Marvel was a minor role in the first film, but his character played a crucial part in the story. Considering Marvel as one of their own, the Careers, who have been trained their whole lives to compete in the Games and are generally considered to be the strongest and most skilled.

Quaid went on to have a successful career after the Hunger Games, appearing in movies and TV shows such as “Vinyl,” “Logan Lucky,” and “The Boys.”

Mick Jagger, Martin Scorsese, Rich Cohen, and Terence Winter created “Vinyl,” a drama series set in the music industry during the 1970s. The producers canceled the show after one season, despite receiving mixed reviews.
