Heather Prusak Biography
Heather Prusak is a sports anchor and reporter at WGRZ-TV, Channel 2 On Your Side in Buffalo, New York. She has been with the station since 2014 and has covered a wide range of sports events in the Buffalo area, including the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres.
Prusak attended Hamburg High School and later joining Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications from where she graduated in 2014 with a degree in Broadcast and Digital Journalism.
Prusak has worked as the sports director of Citrus TV and as the bureau chief of the ESPNU Campus Connection group. She then worked on the sports staff at WAER Radio. She has covered events such as the Men’s Lacrosse National Championship game, Men’s Basketball Final Four and the Pinstripe Bowl.
