Bianca Devins was a 17-year-old girl from Utica, New York, who had a passion for photography and art. She was allegedly killed by a man who then posted pictures of her corpse online on Sunday July 14 2019.
Bianca had a large following on social media platforms such as Instagram and Discord, where she shared her photography and interacted with her fans.
On July 14, 2019, Bianca attended a concert in New York City with a 21-year-old man named Brandon Clark, whom she had met on social media. After the concert, they drove back to Utica together, and an argument broke out between them. Clark then brutally attacked Bianca, stabbing her multiple times and ultimately killing her.

Many people were outraged that pictures of Bianca’s body were being shared online. And her family and friends had to endure seeing the images as they circulated on the internet.
Clark was arrested and charged with second-degree murder. He later pleaded guilty to the charges and was sentenced to 25 years to life in prison. Bianca’s family has since started a foundation in her memory to help victims of domestic violence and cyberbullying.

She has a sister Olivia Devins. Her family said in a written statement that the teen was “a talented artist, a loving sister, daughter and cousin, and a wonderful young girl, taken from us all too soon. “Bianca’s smile brightened our lives. She will always be remembered as our Princess.”
Olivia also thanked Bianca for being the best sister she could ever imagine. Bianca’s stepmother wrote on Facebook: “Bianca was a lot of things to so many people.
She was young and beautiful and so full of life. Devins had been through hell and back conquering her own mental illness and she won. She was getting better. Fighting everyday. She was happy.”

Devins and Clark had attended a concert on Saturday night in New York City, where they are believed to have got into an argument. They then arrived in Utica early Sunday and went to a site on a dead-end street, according to the police statement. They then argued until Clark used a large knife to kill Devins.
Bianca’s sister Olivia called Clark a “family friend” on Instagram and she added that despite initial reports, Clark “wasn’t just an ‘internet boyfriend’ this was a close family friend who we’ve met and trusted so much.
Brandon Instagram account was deactivated on 15 July 2019 after receiving complaints. The images od Devin’s body were reported to have appeared on Instagram hidden behind a sensitive content filter, but would become visible to those wanting to see it.
Instagram said it had taken steps to prevent further sharing and re-posting of the images by searching for and removing accounts trying to share content linked to Bianca’ murder, as well as anyone attempting to impersonate the suspect.
