The extensive catalog has also included an appearance from 9th’s rapping alter-ego (“9th Matic”) on the video single “Asian Girl,” along with guest spots by a cross-section of rappers including Suga Free, Phonte, Rapsody, and Kurupt. Although titles like 2012’s The Final Adventure previously hinted at an end to the series, these two trusted artists seemingly refuse to break up their chemistry.

In March 2019, Murs announced on Instagram that a seventh collaborative album was on the way. With music reportedly starting to arrive around March 8, the pair will release The Illiad Is Dead and The Odyssey Is OverThe title references the two epic poems that are attributed to Greek author Homer.
