Erin Foster is an American comedy writer and performer born on August 23, 1982 to Canadian musician and record producer David Foster. As an actor and producer, she is known for Cellular (2004), He’s Such a Girl (2009) and House (2004).
She was a writer on the NBC sitcom The New Normal. Erin created the TV series Barely Famous on VH1 with her sister Sara Foster. The TV series is a mockumentary satire of reality TV, beginning broadcast in March 2015. She executive produced and appeared in the 2018 TV movie “Daddy Issues”
She teamed up with her sister, Sara Foster, again as to serve as co-Heads of Creative for the dating app Bumble in 2017. Erin also collaborated with her sister, Sara, and clothing brand Sub Urban Riot to create a line of T-shirts and sweatpants. Much of the line is adorned with cheeky and self-deprecating slogans, including the popular “Alpha Female” shirt.
